NASIL HARCIYORUZ ÇOCUKLARIMIZI?

<p>27 yıl resmi olmak &uuml;zere kırk yıla yakın eğitim sekt&ouml;r&uuml;nde &ccedil;alıştım. Aşağıda sıralanan felaketlere &ouml;ğrencilerim uğramasın diye her şeye rağmen canla başla &ccedil;alıştım. Bir&ccedil;ok seferinde başarılı olduğuma da inanıyorum. Ama bu k&ouml;t&uuml; sistemin değişmesine yaradı mı? Sanmıyorum.</p><p>Edebiyat Fak&uuml;ltesini bitiren edebiyat &ouml;ğretmeni, Kimya M&uuml;hendisliğini bitiren kimya &ouml;ğretmeni, Dil Tarih-Coğrafya Fak&uuml;ltesini bitiren tarih ya da coğrafya &ouml;ğretmeni yapılan bir ortam da eğitim sisteminin doğru y&uuml;r&uuml;d&uuml;ğ&uuml;n&uuml; iddia etmek, yanlışların en b&uuml;y&uuml;ğ&uuml; olur.</p><p>&Ccedil;&uuml;nk&uuml; edebiyat&ccedil;ı olmak ayrı bir şey, edebiyat &ouml;ğretmeni olmak ayrı bir şeydir. Tarih&ccedil;i olmak farklı bir şey tarih &ouml;ğretmeni olmak farklı bir şeydir&hellip;</p><p>Ama muktedirler b&ouml;yle olmasını istediler. İyi okumayı, başarılı bir &ouml;ğrenim g&ouml;rmeyi &ccedil;ok g&ouml;rd&uuml;ler &ouml;ğrenciye. D&uuml;ş&uuml;nebilen, yorumlayabilen, araştıran, sorgulayan, fark etme yeteneği olan insan yetişmesini &uuml;lkem insanına &ccedil;ok g&ouml;rd&uuml;ler.</p><p>Eğitim psikolojisi yok, eğitim sosyolojisi yok, &ccedil;ocuk psikolojisi yok, pedagoji yok&hellip;</p><p>K&ouml;y Enstit&uuml;lerini aklımıza sağlık kapattık. Y&uuml;ksek &Ouml;ğretmen Okullarını ne gerek var diye sonlandırdık, &Ouml;ğretmen Okullarını bir kenara attık. Ya Eğitim Enstit&uuml;lerine ne demeli? Zaten &uuml;lkenin bu tip eğitim kurumlarına gereği yoktu. Nasıl olsa S&uuml;leyman Demirel&rsquo;in dediği gibi 15 g&uuml;nde kabak yetişmezken, biz &ouml;ğretmen yetiştirdik MC d&ouml;nemlerinde.</p><p>Bu yazımda &ouml;ğretmen yetiştiren ama ger&ccedil;ekten kaliteli &ouml;ğretmen yetiştiren bunca okulları neler bahane edilerek, neden kapattıkları &uuml;zerinde durmayacağım. Herkes&ccedil;e mal&ucirc;m. S&ouml;yleye s&ouml;yleye dilimizde t&uuml;y bitti.</p><p>K&ouml;t&uuml; dediğimiz bu eğitim d&uuml;zeninde; &ouml;ğrencilerimizi nasıl harcadık biliyor musunuz?</p><p>En b&uuml;y&uuml;k yanlışlarımız nelerdi hi&ccedil; d&uuml;ş&uuml;nd&uuml;n&uuml;z m&uuml;?</p><p>En iyi problem &ccedil;&ouml;zeni doktor yaptık. İ&ccedil;inde insan sevgisi var mı yok mu diye bakmadık.</p><p>En iyi ezber yapanı hukuk&ccedil;u yaptık. Kalbinde adalet duygusu var mı yok mu diye aldırış etmedik.</p><p>En iyi matematik bileni m&uuml;hendis yaptık. Kul hakkı korkusu var mı yok mu diye sınamadık&hellip;</p><p>İşte bu y&uuml;zden merhametli pek &ccedil;ok &ccedil;ocuk problem &ccedil;&ouml;zemediği i&ccedil;in adil olamaz, pek &ccedil;ok &ccedil;ocuk ezber yapamadığı i&ccedil;in namuslu olamaz ve pek &ccedil;ok &ccedil;ocuk da sınavda hata yaptıkları i&ccedil;in doktor, hukuk&ccedil;u ve m&uuml;hendis olamadılar.</p><p>Paran kadar sağlık, adamına g&ouml;re hukuk varsa ve &ccedil;&ouml;k&uuml;yorsa binalar, yollar, k&ouml;pr&uuml;ler ve maden ocakları, işte bu y&uuml;zdendir.</p><p>O g&uuml;n bile bu bozuk, yanlış, insan yetiştirmeye uygun olmayan bu eğitim sistemi bu g&uuml;nlere geldi. Belki onlarca kez yazdım. &Ouml;ğrencilerimizi nasıl harcıyoruz sorusuna bug&uuml;nk&uuml; yazımda tekrar cevap aramaya &ccedil;alıştım. Ne yazık ki muktedirlerin memnun olduğu bir sistemi ne sistemin i&ccedil;inde m&uuml;cadele edenler ne de bizler değiştiremedik.
